Advanced Inverted Tissue Culture Microscope is designed for the examination of tissue cultures and liquid residues in special laboratory vessels. The microscope allows studying the specimen in transmitted light under bright field and phase contrast. It finds vast application in Cancer Research, Sirology, Urology, Histology, Sexology, Virology, Parasitology, Microbiology, and also in areas of Air and Water pollution. This advanced designed instrument is having all the features required by modern biological scientist. It can also be used for phase contrast microscopy to impart normally colorless transparent specimen with enough contrast to permit clear examination of living bacteria, cells, tissues, etc. The microscope is having a robust, rigid vibration resistant design that greatly reduces vibrations and improves operation. Trinocular Head is intended for microscopic imaging through video cameras & film cameras. Microscope illumination system incorporates a long working distance condenser for observation of specimens in culture vessels of up to 70mm. long. With the condenser in swing out position the stage can accommodate extra long vessels up to 150mm. moving of vessels located on the stage can be done manually or using the attachment sub stage with co-axial X-Y controls. To accommodate a variety of vessels, including extra long flasks and high profile bottles, the stage can be extended by means of an extension plate.
Advanced Observation for Live Cell CulturesDesigned with a trinocular head and long working distance plan achromatic objectives, this microscope enables detailed monitoring of living cells and tissues in various culture vessels. The universal sample holder accommodates diverse dish sizes commonly used in laboratory setups, ensuring flexibility and precision during cell culture studies.
Ergonomic and Robust ConstructionFeaturing a metallic anti-rust treated frame and a low-position smooth mechanical stage, this microscope is built for lasting durability and comfortable use. The stages large movement range and interchangeable inserts support a wide variety of experimental needs, while the anti-fungal optics and tension adjustable focusing add to performance reliability.
FAQs of Trinocular Inverted Tissue Culture Microscope:
Q: How do I attach a camera to the trinocular port of this microscope?
A: The microscopes trinocular port is designed to accommodate high-sensitive CCD or CMOS cameras (not included). Simply connect a compatible camera to the port, ensuring it aligns properly for optimal imaging. Refer to the operation manual for recommended camera models and detailed setup instructions.
Q: What type of samples can be observed with this inverted tissue culture microscope?
A: You can observe living cells and tissues in various culture dishes and flasks using the universal holder. Its design is ideal for cell biology research, monitoring cell growth, and conducting routine laboratory studies involving live cell observation.
Q: When should I use glass versus metal stage inserts?
A: Glass stage inserts are preferred for transparent culture dishes where transmitted light is needed for optimal visualization, while metal inserts are useful for heavier vessels or when additional stability is required. Both options are interchangeable based on your sample and imaging requirements.
Q: Where is this microscope suitable for installation?
A: This model is suitable for research facilities, cell culture labs, and clinical laboratories. Its sturdy and compact construction allows placement on standard laboratory benches, with dimensions of approximately 460 x 240 x 530 mm and a weight of about 18 kg.
