Constant Temperaturer Refrigerated Liquid Bath
- The Bath is double walled inner working chamber is made of Stainless Steel & outer case is made of Mild steel finished in epoxy powder coating paint. Space of 50mm between inner & outer wall of the bath is insulated with super mineral wool. The lid of the Bath is insulated double walled fixed with hinges and has locking arrangement. The bath is mounted on castors.
- A sealed compressor, fan cooled condenser & all its accessories are placed at the lower portion exactly below the bath.
- A Stainless Steel stirring blade is fitted through a 1/20 H.P. High Speed Motor with adjustable clamp and shaft is also provided with Speed regulator to get uniform temperature.
- Temperature is controlled by electronic digital controller cum Indicator form 5 C to 90 C with and accuracy of +\ - 0.2 C .
- Control panel is given on right hand side of the bath having the Rotary switch to operate the bath either above or below ambient temperature, ON OFF Switch, Voltmeter, 2 Nos. indicators, speed Regulator for a Stirrer to work on 220/230 volts A.C. with 3 step voltage stabilizer.
